In the following privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website. We collect and process personal data only on the basis of legal regulations (General Data Protection Regulation, Telecommunications Act 2021).
Contacting Us
If you contact us via the form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored for the duration of the correspondence or until your request has been fully resolved, for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. If no contract is concluded and there are no legal retention obligations, this data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected.
Data Storage in the Online Shop
Please note that for the purpose of simplifying the purchasing process and for subsequent contract processing, the online shop operator stores the IP address of the internet connection holder, as well as name, address, and payment details (e.g., PayPal information, credit card details), using cookies.
In addition, the following data is stored by us for the purpose of contract processing: name, address, email address, and telephone number. The data you provide is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or for carrying out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you. Data will not be transmitted to third parties, with the exception of the transmission of payment data to the processing banks/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport/shipping company commissioned by us for the delivery of the goods, and to our tax advisor for the fulfillment of our tax obligations.
If the purchase process is canceled, the data stored by us will be deleted. In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the statutory retention period for tax purposes (7 years). The data including name, address, purchased goods, and date of purchase will also be stored until the expiry of the product liability period (10 years).
Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 165 Paragraph 3 of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021 (TKG 2021) and Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a (consent) and/or Letter b (necessary for the performance of a contract) of the GDPR.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies. If you do not wish to allow cookies, you can configure your browser to notify you when cookies are being set and allow them only on a case-by-case basis. We also use a consent management tool (cookie banner) to request your consent for non-essential cookies. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of our website.
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, on our website. GA4 collects data about your use of our website (e.g., page views, time spent on the site). IP addresses are automatically anonymized by default in GA4 and are not stored permanently. Data is transferred to the USA based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Data processing only takes place with your explicit consent in the cookie banner (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time via the cookie settings.
