Your ordered products will be shipped by us as soon as possible after receipt of your order.
Shipping is exclusively via Austrian Post AG. Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of your order according to the current postal rates.

Free pickup (Weitra)
You are welcome to pick up your order directly from me in 3970 Weitra. In this case, shipping costs are completely waived. Please select the "Pickup" option during the ordering process. I will then contact you to arrange a time.
Delivery times
Items in stock: Delivery takes place within 2–5 working days after receipt of payment.
Personalized items: As these products are made individually for you, the delivery time is usually 7–14 days.
Important note: The exact delivery time for each product can be found directly in the respective product description.
Delays from suppliers: Should the stated delivery time be extended due to material shortages or delivery delays from my fabric suppliers, I will inform you immediately by email. In this case, you are free to wait for delivery or withdraw from the contract (excluding personalizations that have already begun).
